Wenda-Kate Randle – Profile

Wenda-Kate Randle

Background

Wenda-Kate’s passion for Learning and Development started in her career in the travel industry. Here she noticed the difference between how peoples’ experiences had impacted them. She could see those that had been left to muddle through, versus those who had time and energy invested in them and so were able to learn and think for themselves. This kickstarted not only a career, but a discovered life purpose of helping others be the best they can be and having trust and confidence of who they are.

Described as having an unfussy approach, WK (as she soon becomes known to her clients) brings her real self to all her interactions, encouraging others to do the same with a particular desire for developing leaders of the future. She has a wealth of experience across the private, public and third sectors, understanding the motivations and challenges they bring.  As well as being a facilitator of individual, team and organisational development, WK is also a qualified counsellor and mediator, which enhances her depth of human understanding.

Areas of expertise:

  • Future Leader Development
  • Personal, Team and Organisational Development
  • Organisational Culture & Engagement

Beliefs

WK firmly believes in the potential of others and that uniqueness of thought is something to be nurtured and celebrated. “I am not you and you are not me” is a philosophy she lives by, and through thoroughly understanding ourselves we can hugely widen our choices. This enhances not only our own experiences but that of those around us. These beliefs translate into business by constantly challenging mindsets and perceptions, encouraging all to take responsibility for their own behaviours.

Strengths

Energy is something you will immediately feel when meeting WK. Her strength is in building rapport and connections, putting people at ease and allowing a non-judgemental space for people to explore their thoughts and feelings to take positive action. Positivity is at her heart – “I can’t” will turn into “How can I?” Able to switch directions and adapt to what’s in front of her, she has a wide variety of tools and approaches to get the best out of any situation.
