Background
Ben has a wealth of experience, working within business and in the field of learning and development. After working within a company for 20 years, Ben set up Kura Consulting with his business partner Barry Harding in 2017 a business built on developing relationships based on trust, respect and appreciation. Ben practices what he preaches, helping organisations, teams and individuals gain clarity on where they need to be, providing practical support and advice to help them get there.
