Beliefs
“We can do this!” – Jim’s central belief is that if people can imagine it, they can achieve it. The challenge of course is in really imagining it; building a path from where you are to where you need to be and having the courage to take that first step.
His great passion is helping individuals, teams and organisations discover potential they never thought they had, then helping them break through the barriers and achieve that potential. Jim believes that work should be fun, even the tough stuff. Especially the tough stuff.
Strengths
Jim’s combination of operational management and leadership development experience, in a vertically integrated business, makes him well placed to help senior teams map out future growth and find the right strategies to deliver that growth. An experienced facilitator and coach, he can help people connect their own values and beliefs with the values of the organisation, to create a powerful alignment of individual and collective purpose.
